refund policy

for Students Joining Daily Skills Courses

1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1 Refunds will only be considered within the first 7 working days of the course commencement date.

1.2 To be eligible for a refund, students must submit a written request stating the reason for withdrawal from the course.

1.3 The request for a refund must be submitted to the institute's administration office in writing or via email.

2. Refund Process:

2.1 Upon receipt of a refund request, the administration office will review the request and the circumstances provided.

2.2 The decision regarding the refund eligibility will be communicated to the student within 10 business days of receiving the refund request.

2.3 If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 45 days from the date of approval.

3. Refund Amount:

3.1 The refund amount will be determined based on the following criteria:

a) If the student withdraws from the course within the first 2 days of commencement, a 100% refund of the course fee will be provided, deducting the payment gateway and LMS charges.

b) If the student withdraws from the course between the 3th and 7th day of commencement, a 50% refund of the course fee will be provided.

c) No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests made after the 7th day of course commencement.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:

4.1 Application fees, registration fees, or any administrative charges are non-refundable.

4.2 Any study materials, software licenses, or resources provided to the student upon enrollment are non-refundable.

5. Refund Disbursement:

5.1 Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. For example, if the course fee was paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.

5.2 The institute reserves the right to issue the refund via alternative methods if necessary.

6. Course Completion:

6.1 Once a student completes more than 7 days of the course, they are no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of their attendance or completion status.

6.2 If a student is expelled or removed from the course due to disciplinary reasons, no refund will be provided.

7. Amendments:

7.1 The institute reserves the right to amend or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to the students via email or through official institute channels.

By enrolling in the digital marketing course at our institute, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
