1. Course Enrollment: By enrolling in any course offered by Daily Skills, you agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies outlined by the institute.

2. Payment and Fees: Payment for the course must be made in full prior to the commencement of classes, unless otherwise agreed upon by Daily Skills. Failure to pay the required fees may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

3. Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students are expected to attend all classes punctually and participate actively in all course-related activities. Minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for Certification and 90% is for placement support.

4. Code of Conduct: Students are required to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the reputation of Daily Skills. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the course.

5. Academic Integrity: Plagiarism and cheating are serious offenses and will not be tolerated. All work submitted by students must be their own original work, unless properly cited. Violation of academic integrity may result in failing grades, expulsion from the course, or other disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by Daily Skills.

6. Course Materials: All course materials provided by Daily Skills, including textbooks, software, and online resources, are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without explicit permission.

7. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or created by students during the course of their studies at Daily Skills remains the property of the institute. Students may be required to grant Daily Skills a non-exclusive license to use such intellectual property for educational or promotional purposes.

8. Withdrawal and Refunds: Students may withdraw from a course by following the institute's withdrawal procedures. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the institute's refund policy.

9. Changes to Course Schedule or Curriculum: Daily Skills reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, curriculum, instructors, or any other aspect of the course as deemed necessary. Students will be notified of any such changes in a timely manner.

10. Privacy Policy: Daily Skills respects the privacy of its students and complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. Personal information collected from students will be used for educational and administrative purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Disclaimer: Daily Skills shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by participation in its courses, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Addl. Munsiff's Court (RCC), Ernakulam..
